Complete Platform Usage Guide

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by win9999, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the win9999 platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and win9999 (the platform). This document should be read together with the win9999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form the entire agreement between both parties.

To register and use the win9999 platform, you must fully meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You are 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• You are registering voluntarily in your own personal capacity, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or list of individuals prohibited from participating on online gambling platforms.
• You are only permitted to hold one active account only at win9999. Duplicate accounts will be deactivated and any balance within them may be forfeited.
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and up to date.

Win9999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. Required documents may include a national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account suspension.

You are fully responsible for the security of your win9999 account login credentials, including your username and password. The following are responsibilities you must comply with:

• Keep your password secure and do not disclose it to anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password – a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify the win9999 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Win9999 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Win9999 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) with no currency conversion fees.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your win9999 account within minutes after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that deposit details entered are correct. win9999 is not liable for any delays resulting from incorrect information provided by the player.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Players must complete the KYC process once before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed within 10–30 minutes on business days, subject to security verification.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• Win9999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

Win9999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirement, clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new player.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Win9999 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or any attempt to exploit the promotional system.
• The maximum bet limit when using bonus funds is RM 10 per bet, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, win9999 will use system records to determine a fair outcome.
• If a game is interrupted due to a network issue on the player's end, any bets already placed will be settled according to win9999's server records.
• Any dispute relating to game outcomes must be filed within 72 hours after the relevant game has concluded.
• Win9999 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings arising from an obvious technical malfunction or system error.

To file a dispute, players may contact the win9999 support team via live chat available 24/7 within the platform. All disputes will be thoroughly investigated and win9999's decision is final in all matters relating to game outcomes.

Win9999 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward dishonest or rule-violating conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Identity Fraud – registering using another person's personal information.
• Collusion – colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Use of bots or automated software – using any third-party software to automate betting decisions or in-game actions.
• Bug exploitation – exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities that are discovered.
• Money Laundering – using the win9999 platform as a channel to transfer or conceal illicit funds.
• Bonus Abuse – creating duplicate accounts or using other methods to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limit.
• Unauthorised Chargebacks – filing a chargeback with your bank after a legitimate deposit has been processed.

Players may close their win9999 account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Prior to closure, any remaining balance not subject to wagering requirements will be refunded to the player via the original payment method.

Win9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's account under the following circumstances:

• Win9999 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from gaming outcomes.
• Win9999 is not responsible for the failure of third-party systems such as payment providers, game providers, or internet service providers.
• Players acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that they participate entirely at their own risk.
• The maximum liability of win9999 under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Win9999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the win9999 website.

It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions from time to time to ensure they remain compliant with the latest version. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the last amendment was made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
